how do we go about our product launch of KIMCHI in the Philippines?

We are having our project in school where we will launch our product - KIMCHI (Korea's staple side dish - but we are going to make it Filipino Style for the Filipino market),and I am in charge of the gimiks. It is just a 45-min small crowd presentation. But I have no idea what to do. Suggestions, please. Thanks

First, did you do any research? Did you find out if Filipinos would even want Kimchi? If so, I would start with the statistics you pulled out of your research, showing that there's support for this product in this market. That will be the backbone. Then, show why your Kimchi will work in the market. What is unique about yours? How's it being packaged? Marketed? Distributed? What is your sales and marketing plan? I would keep the presentation more technical than anything else. This shouldnt be a 45 min commercial about Kimchi, but rather how you are going to succeed in turning Kimchi into a Filipino sidedish.
